Shaline Bridal moves to East Montpelier

MONTPELIER, VT · May 25, 2010--–The Shaline Bridal Boutique is moving to combine it's store with its sewing studio in East Montpelier. Only nine minutes from Montpelier and Barre the upmarket retailer and designer will move its Montpelier store to 80 Carleton Boulevard (former rbTechnologies location) in East Montpelier the end of June. It will be situated just off of Route 14 South between Blake and Loso and rbTechnologies (in the former East Montpelier Airport Hangar Building).

So much of my work involves sewing that it made more sense to combine the two aspects of the business and still be in a convenient location for our clients, and there is unlimited free parking.” says Shaline Kirkpatrick, the owner and designer of the boutique. Shaline's love and skill at sewing has brought many clients to her shop over the years; she has been designing, sewing and altering wedding gowns for over 24 years. “Family is also important to me and with my fiance Rubin Bennett, our two sons and a third child on the way in September, the East Montpelier location makes more sense.”

Shaline Bridal has renovated the sewing studio to also house the Boutique. With a beautiful front court to enter by and flower gardens to view from its windows, Shaline's new location is sure to enchant her brides. The new location will be fully stocked with her full line of wedding gowns, headpieces and veils, shoes, jewelry, and all kinds of beautiful accessories. As always, many of the gowns and accessories are Custom made by Shaline, and her emphasis on local artists and jewelers will continue. Shaline will continue to offer wedding gown cleaning and preservation services and the ever popular alteration service. “We are one of the few bridal boutiques anywhere to offer alterations on gowns bought elsewhere.” states Shaline.

At the new boutique, centrally located between Montpelier and Barre and within easy reach of Burlington, Shaline is happy to continue to offer her services to all brides in the area. “What keeps our customers coming back and passing on our name,” says Shaline,” is our attentive service, incredible attention to detail and perfect fit on their special day.” Making the dress match the customer's vision is one of the rare qualities that make Shaline Bridal unique.

Shaline Bridal will continue to operate under its regular hours until the boutique moves at the end of June. In order to ensure that Shaline can give her clients the one on one attention they deserve, Shaline Bridal Sewing Studio and Boutique will see clients by appointment only beginning in July.
