RETURNS

  • You, the Buyer, must notify us of your intention to return the item within 3 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sent. You must provide a tracking number for the return shipment within 5 days of saying that you want to return it. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment after confirmation via email or phone. Please write shaline@shalinebridal.com or call 802.223.4777 to return an item with 3 days of receipt of shipment.

  • If approved via email or phone merchandise may be shipped back to us, Shaline, LLC or returned to the Boutique by appointment. If returning to the Boutique please email shaline@shalinebridal.com or call 802.223.4777. To return an item, you MUST call or email and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns not accompanied with a valid RMA number will be refused.

    Return your package using your preferred shipping method, include insurance for the full purchase price and please keep a record of tracking and carrier information. You, the buyer, must provide a tracking number to Shaline, LLC for the return shipment within 5 days of saying that you want to return it. The return shipment must be insured for the purchase value and returned at the buyer's expense.

    Shaline, LLC is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You, the buyer, are responsible for obtaining insurance for the full purchase price and a tracking number for your records and Shaline, LLC.

  • All items marked as SALE (items with prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All returns must be approved via email or phone first.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, and pin marks. Merchandise that is returned not in original condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee equal to 50% of the retail price.

  • Undergarments and reusable and protective face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The refund will not be provided until the seller receives the returned item and confirms its condition.

  • Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.

  • SHALINE, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please note that unless you are purchasing a Custom Sized Order sizing varies from Designer to Designer. Every measurement is given to provide the most information for the best fit but our bodies are generally not Standard sizes and you may need to take your apparel to be altered. Please write shaline@shalinebridal.com or call 802.223.4777 for more information on sizing before you order. We suggest professional seamstresses for measuring and alterations to give you the best results.

  • Please note that unless you order a swatch before ordering an apparel item, colors may not be an exact match to the colors on your computer screen.

    EXCHANGES

  • Please write shaline@shalinebridal.com or call 1.802.223.4777 to request an exchange for a same item in a different color or size, if available, or for a different item.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchanges and must follow our RETURNS policy.

  • Please note, shipping charges will be applied to your new order.
